We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your API key, excessive charges, or any other issues related to your API key usage. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of your API key or any misuse thereof.

Third-Party Service Terms: When using this service, you must comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of your API key provider (such as OpenRouter). We are not responsible for any violations of third-party terms that may occur through your use of this service.

User-Generated Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all prompts you input into this Site and all optimized outputs generated by the service. You agree not to use this Site to generate, create, or produce any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party; contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components; or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
